Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our tumbling program at Dream Spirit Cheer offers athletes of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to grow their skills step by step. From learning the basics to mastering advanced passes, each class is designed to build strength, coordination, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Athletes gain more than just new skills—they develop confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation.

Recreational Class Options

INTRO TO TUMBLING

Grades K–6
Start your tumbling journey with a strong foundation! Our Intro to Tumbling class is the perfect entry point for elementary-aged athletes ready to master the basics. We focus on building confidence and core strength through Level 1 skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Using differentiated stations, our coaches ensure every student receives personalized instruction in a high-energy, inclusive setting.

WALKOVERS

Grades K–8
Bridge the gap between levels in our Walkovers class. This session focuses on “Level 1.5” skills, including front and back walkovers and connected skill sequences. We prioritize precision and “cleaning” your existing Level 1 skills to ensure a safe and steady transition into power tumbling. Every station is designed to help athletes feel balanced, strong, and ready for the next challenge.

BACK HANDSPRINGS

Grades K-8
Ready to fly? Our Level 2 Back Handspring class is where athletes develop the explosive power needed for front and back handsprings. We focus on mastering the “snap” and connection of skills while maintaining the inclusive, encouraging atmosphere Dream Spirit is known for. Through targeted drills and expert spotting, we turn big goals into reality.

HOMESCHOOL TUMBLING

Our Homeschool Tumbling classes are the perfect midday break to get your student moving and connected! This program offers a fun, social environment where kids can burn off energy while mastering new skills. Whether they are working on their first forward roll or a back handspring, we focus on building confidence and physical fitness in a way that fits seamlessly into your family’s school day.

HIGH SCHOOL PREP

Grades 8–12
Prepare for the sidelines and the competition floor with confidence! Our High School Prep class is specifically designed for athletes looking to make their school teams or refine the skills needed for varsity-level cheer. We focus on mastering powerful standing tumbling, perfecting running passes, and “cleaning” technique to meet school tryout scorecards. In this focused yet encouraging environment, athletes work alongside peers to build the strength, precision, and mental toughness required for high school athletics.
