Flyer Camp is the perfect opportunity for athletes who want to build confidence, flexibility, balance, body control, and flyer technique in a fun and supportive environment!
During this 90-minute camp, athletes will work on:
✨ Flyer body positions and flexibility
✨ Balance and stability drills
✨ Strength and conditioning for flyers
✨ Stretching and mobility exercises
Whether your athlete is brand new to flying or looking to sharpen their skills for cheer season, this camp is designed to help them grow and have fun while learning.
